I got a call today of my son's appointment saying his insurance isn't going to pay for his visit. This appointment was made weeks ago. The mix up was another patient has the same name as his. I'm assuming the birthdays aren't the same and their insurance doesn't have the same member ID! His appointment is at 3...it's 354..all I've done so far is paperwork for him and sit. This will be our last visit because this is beyond ridiculous. They probably don't care but it should not take 2 hours per patient for an eye visit.
I have gotten excellent service and glasses from the optical side of the business. If there's one positive fact about the eye doctor, it's that he got my prescription perfect every time, even if his inappropriate remarks and behavior made me very uncomfortable, unnecessarily. The old adage that fits: " You can't teach an old dog new tricks.!"
Very friendly people and they took really good care of me. I would definitely recommend them!
