They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. Sammy is top notch. He's always been a joy to work with, even when the news wasn't good. He makes me laugh. I've had a couple of root canals and crowns, he can do them right there in the office- even produce the tooth with CNC machine. I wish that all medical service providers were this dedicated and concerned with their patients well-being.
Loved him! The staff were all sweethearts! I could not stop laughing! They took the time to explain everything to me, so I was always aware what was going on. I didn't have to wait long at all. When Dr. Pratt was doing my fillings, he talked to me the whole time and I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. And they give you a blanket, in case you get too cold. I was about ready to take a nap!
