Have worked with Sam in the past on a few small projects around my home. Those first few projects went smoothly. He did good work and was very fair with pricing. Earlier this month I reached out to him for a couple of new small projects. It took him a few days to respond. He then asked me to email him so that he could respond with approximate timing as he was booked up for a couple of weeks. Sam was recommended by a real estate agent to fix the wood rot that was listed as needing to be replaced and/or fixed on our initial inspection report on the purchase of our home. He came and fixed some of it, but not all of it. He did not replace the rot on the front of the house which was the first listing on the report. He was to inspect the house for additional rot but did not do a thorough job so we were left at closing with things not done. I've used Sam for many projects on several houses that I've owned over the years. He's done everything from siding and decking to interior work like trim and wainscoting. He always shows up when he says he's going to show up, does a great job and then hauls off any debris or leftover materials and trash. He's great to work with and the price is always fair.
