I tried calling over and over, but apparently everyone is "Out of the office" for at least 3 hours. Gave up, called another agent. She was very helpful and wonderful to speak with. It's true, 70% of the time when customers call looking for any service, and the phone is never picked up... they will call someone else.
Everything about state farm sucks. People need to wake up and stay away from this company
Terrible. I had to wait on hold for road side assistance for over 30 minutes, just to get my policy number, which I didn't have, because I Never rec'd a wallet card for my car! Onlt TWO cards for my motorcycle. Makes no sense! Terrible customer service.
