My experience with Dr Mathur and staff has been wonderful so far. Professional, pleasant and ready to answer any questions I may have. From balloon sinuplasty to allergy shots, all has been good. As of now I have no complaints and I'm not expecting any in the future.
FYI, this is the first one star review I've ever given on a ratings-based platform. Dr. Mathur is a very good allergist. I had a deviated septum procedure that went very well and healed perfectly. After a three month follow up, I chose to schedule allergy shots as well. However, the office staff is so incompetent (an ongoing occurrence throughout the 6 months it took to get me to this point) that I chose not continue. I would never recommend. Staff was lovely. Dr is on a ego trip. I told the Dr. I did not know what was wrong with me. He insisted I speculate what it was, then as I was doing as he asked he rolled his eyes, interrupted me and then told me not to draw conclusions that were not there...... but as I stated from the start I said I did not know and did not want to draw conclusions since IM NOT A DOCTOR. Since all the reviews are gone be sure to check out other sites.
