After getting a discount code from Dodge dealership refused to accept code then refused to take car back within 24 hours. Lied to FCA lied to me. Did NOT adhere to "we owe" form and refuses to talk to me. STAY AWAY!!
They try to low ball you on your trade and give you way less than its worth and tell you that the bank requires 20 percent down. I might be a female, but I'm no fool!!! They tried to give me $7500.00 for my car and I went in prepared because I knew exactly what my car was worth. Needless to say they lost the deal with me because I was right, my car was worth $11,500. It is on The lot where I traded for sale for $14,000. The price I said would be placed on my car. The service department here is an absolute disaster. Unorganized and nobody knows what they are doing. They are 6 for 6 on messing something up on my vehicle when Ive gone there. Expect them to take 2-7 days longer than they tell you to finish your car. After several awful experiences there I had had enough. I began taking my Chrysler all the way to the Chrysler Service Dept in Morris, IL (a ridiculous but necessary inconvenience). never go this place. Very poor customer service, they feel you as a headacke . Worst place I have ever been for a car purchase.
