The salesman Carlson was awesome and extremely knowledgeable and I would buy from him again but one of his jobs is to get the buyer in front of the finance mgr so that she can pressure you to buy a service contact and very agreesive about it amd would not stop almost to the point where I was about to walk out and not buy...sad that a good salesman and honest salesman has to be objected to this tactic vs giving the pricing in advance so customers can make a prior decision
