Went in with an online payment calculator deal. This deal was not honored and the finance lady stated that the software double dipped in a rebate quote. No additional offers or deals were offered to sell us a Jeep, instead we were thanked for our time and offered a tank a gas for the misquote. Apparently this location has no desire to actually sell their cars.
I would give zero stars if possible. I was running late for a service appointment due to a truck blocking the road on my way to the dealership. I called them as I was waiting for the truck to move to let them know. The lady I spoke with in service was incredibly rude. She said they were only open until noon. I called at 10am, said I should be there in about 10 minutes. My appointment was at 10 so was only going to be 10 minutes late. She said she would have to ask the technition when I got there. I bought a car from them a Jeep Cherokee and every time I take it in to get it fixed they can’t fix it. I have a door right now on the back of my Jeep Cherokee that the knob keep on popping open but every time I bring it in this dealership with the warranty that I bought from them, they can’t fix it. This car dealership got a problem with fixing things. They never fix it correctly. I would never buy another car from them or bring my car in for fixs because they can’t fix it at all horrible place.
SUV was not cleaned and detailed very well in test drive. Made purchase with agreement of it getting properly cleaned. Was late when we left dealership, car wasn't detailed. We live 60 miles away went back for a full detail, 2 hours later it wasn't detailed just washed and vacuumed.
