1 week after the 30 day warranty on an $11,000 used car ended, everything started going bad. Loud engine knock, car ignition would lock. Called for over a week. Absolutely nobody would return my calls. When I did finally speak to someone I was told, "we dont service Ford vehicles". Sold me an $11,000 lemon. Yeah you could say it's my fault, but come on, dressing something up to get it sold then telling a customer...sorry you owe us $11,000 for a crap vehicle.
