I am elated with my purchase! The entire experience was smooth. The paperwork took a little time but that is to be expected. Tim was very friendly and that made it better! We had a wonderful experience working with Audrey Weniger! She was friendly, personable, and very informative throughout the entire process. I would not recommend Sam Leman based on my experience. They had my vehicle for an entire week and only performed a partial diagnosis. They did not identify all of the issues that another repair shop was later able to find. I was also told I would need to pay $560 for the diagnosis, even though the repairs ended up involving items that were covered under my warranty. I feel I’m owed a free car for my suffering. I get you needed $5k down because of the bank, but I know you can do it, and it’s legal. Buying a car from you guys really set me back, and I’m still recovering because of it. Literally completely destroyed everything for me just from buying that Alfa Romeo from you guys.
