If I could give them zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sam Leman’s service department. In December 2025, I paid nearly $6,000 to have repairs completed on my vehicle. From the very beginning, the experience was frustrating. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately had to return because it was actually in worse condition than when I brought it in. Everything was good with the salesman Tyler. I didn’t really like the hard sales tactic at the end when signing the papers for all the extra warranty stuff that balloons your payment. Even after saying no I don’t want those multiple times it seems like they try to talk you out of buying a brand new vehicle by explaining everything that can go wrong with it. It didn’t give me an easy feeling getting to the final stages of the process.
Approved for a jeep to find out they sold it to somebody else offered me another one and then two months with no contact to a jeep. I cannot ensure because they did not disclose previous work and has a branded Title which means I cannot get full coverage insurance on a $30,000 vehicle due to Work undisclosed to me which I have all the paperwork that was left in a manual in the glove box not signed by anyone Those that financed it keep hanging up because they don’t have a legal department to their finance division need my Jee... read more
