Love the car we bought here. Salesperson, Kyle, was awesome during the buying process. He mentioned before we left that we should have gotten a tire inflator kit with the car. But he would take care of it and get us one. No problem. When we got the survey from Chrysler, we gave them the highest rank. Once that was completed, I never heard back from Kyle. After 6 weeks I emailed him to check on the kit. Crickets. A week later I called him. He said the kits were backordered. Ok. Waited another 6 weeks and tried emailing again.... read more
