S.A.M Landscaping is TOP NOTCH!! For the last several years they have handled our grounds in our condo association for grass and leaves. I've watched them as snow removal contractor for a local Plaza parking lot and it has to be one of the worst maintained Plaza parking lots I've EVER been to, honestly the worst. People fall, they don't salt it, etc
Made an appointment for them to come out and provide a quote for services. No one ever showed up for that appointment and when I called and left a message with Shawn, he never responded.
Super responsive and excellent work.
