I cannot recommend Sam enough. We did things backwards and bought our new house before even listing the old one. He helped us during negotiations for our purchase and had our old house listed and sold in under a week! He is super knowledgeable, helpful and he genuinely cares. Incredible work by Sam. In such a difficult market - as a seller - my request was simple: get it sold. Sam planned the strategy and provides me support in all aspects - cleaning, painting, staging. I visited the staged unit and it was done so well. The first offer came in on the next day the unit was listed. Then more showings. Eventually sold the unit with a price that beyond my expectation. Closed within the following month. I have to give the kudos to Sam for this excellent work. More to go Sam!
