Just had a deal go sideways with another lender and Sam stepped in and got it approved in 24 hours and closing it in 7 days. We have had the opportunity to work together on several deals before and it’s always been a great experience. This deal alone goes to show his work ethic, speed, and knowledge. 10/10 recommend!
