Sam Joseph is a terrible broker. A few years ago Sam represented the seller for a house we bought in Glen Ridge. We were thrilled to get the call we won the house after 20 other bids and a long time searching. However, after getting the call ,24 hours later our broker called us and Mr Joseph told us we had to come up $50K more to get the house or they would give it to someone else. Highly͏ Professional Team! Sam and his team brought an incredibly professional and methodical approach to selling our home, while being very friendly and supportive at every step of the process. The entire process was explained to us up front - from preparing to sell, to the showing process, managing bids, and then assisting in bringing the sale to close. Sam͏ Did Great Job Sam ran a quick and smooth process for us. He was spot on in terms of how much he thought our home would sell for. And he took care of things for us like painting, powerwashing, etc. Would highly recommend Sam.
