I went to do my roots almost a month ago. Maria worked on me.. when she finish she looked at and told me the color will be fading in a couple of weeks when you wash it. I keep trying to reach out to the manager who is never available to talk. I paid over $200.00 with tip which I don't care pay this or more but if I am happy. Very dishonest people starting from the manager who never answer my calls or come to me when I tried to reach out her at the location
I paid over $300 ( cant remember the exact amount , since its been a year ago) for highlights and a cut with blow dry. It was not worth it. My highlights did not look good , and my cut took less than 5 min ...she was rushing because had another person already waiting for her. I cant believe I paid so much! When I called for a quote they told me half price of what I paid.
