This is one of the worst companies for just wasting time, and bleeding the county of money. Didn't help me with one thing, just came over and wasted my time. Still uninsured with disability.
Very nice and helpful for my needs
If you have a loved one who needs help and you think case management would help, look elsewhere. New worker every few weeks. The longest she had was a 4 month or so stretch. If the workers aren’t changing the computer system they use is. I swear they must be running the whole operation on 30 day trial software and when the 30 days runs out they swap to a new trial. I was assigned to someone whose name may have been Christy. I could tell she was reluctant to do her work/take on my case, even though I wasn’t even asking for any services yet. She was just really unhappy and that was clearly conveyed in all my communications with her.
