If you have a loved one who needs help and you think case management would help, look elsewhere. New worker every few weeks. The longest she had was a 4 month or so stretch. If the workers aren’t changing the computer system they use is. I swear they must be running the whole operation on 30 day trial software and when the 30 days runs out they swap to a new trial. I was assigned to someone whose name may have been Christy. I could tell she was reluctant to do her work/take on my case, even though I wasn’t even asking for any services yet. She was just really unhappy and that was clearly conveyed in all my communications with her. So far not a good experience but hopefully that'll change. Tried getting their services a while ago but they didn't have any workers available. I'm trying to get their services again & no one answers the phone. I wanted to leave a message but their mailbox is always full...
