Sam was our first real estate agent. He is very friendly and personable, which is why I am giving him 2 stars. However, he continually showed houses that were way out of what we were comfortable paying around $50 - $150K over our budget. Additionally many of the houses we were shown did not really have anything that we wanted. I don't know if that was just the market or if something else was going on, but it was several years ago, so things could have changed.
