Our best went out at 3:00am on Christmas Eve…I take care of my elderly mom in Cokato. I called and service man came and discovered that our thermostat was out . He not only fixed our heating problem , but he was so nice with my mom.she fell on the floor and he picked her up.she has dementia and kept thinking he was the son of one of our old neighbors. He conversed with her like he knew who she was talking about. Excellent service by an exceptional young man..Thank you !
