Sam was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and crushed it for us when we finally pulled the trigger. We were not only first time home buyers but out of state buyers. When we saw a house we were interested in Sam would schedule a tour and lead us on a FaceTime walk through of the entire property. He was patient and never pushy. When we found the house we wanted he delivered on the negotiation and got it done for the price we wanted plus some. 10 stars
