Sam was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and crushed it for us when we finally pulled the trigger. We were not only first time home buyers but out of state buyers. When we saw a house we were interested in Sam would schedule a tour and lead us on a FaceTime walk through of the entire property. He was patient and never pushy. When we found the house we wanted he delivered on the negotiation and got it done for the price we wanted plus some. 10 stars

We bought a new and sold our previous one both with Sam. He was incredible throughout the entire process. Always available to answer questions and was very communicative throughout both processes. He also provided great insight when we competing against multiple offers to buy our new home and deciding which offer to ultimately accept when we sold our last home.
