Update to my previous review. Don't bother sending your concerns to either of the Galloway's themselves. I sent a letter to each of them and was more aggravated with the response from their team member. On the bright side, he did confirm my opinion if valid, they couldn't care less about the customer. He did not address my main concern for the letters I sent. They won’t answer phone calls or return phone calls when you leave a message. I had to order my part from a Ford dealer in Texas. Avoid these guys if you can.
Any parts for ford are pretty much here prolly cheaper at parts store but it's here I'm sure no ordering great service advisors
2023 F150 Platinum purchased from Galloway Ford. Called today to get the cost of an oil change and was told ONLY a service advisor can provided that information. Was told to leave my name and number and a service advisor would call me back. NEVER received a call back. What's the big deal with the cost of an oil change that ONLY a service advisor can provide the information? Is it time to go elsewhere?
