Once again a fail for their service department and Lincoln. June 23rd to August 11th for a simple oil change and recalls. 3 different trips this time because the dealership failed to fix the vehicle properly. 3 different loaners. They promised that they would do something to make up for their mistakes and errors and once again did not come through. Scott is the man to call if you want to buy a Lincoln. We came in with competitive private financing, and not only was he able to beat it, he got us out the door in our dream car in under 2 hours. We have never had such a hassle-free car buying experience before and we can’t thank Scott enough. Incredible experience at Sam Galloway Lincoln. I brought my Nautilus in for a transmission issue and had the pleasure of working with Randy Sellers, one of their service advisors. I'm so glad I did. Randy and his team quickly diagnosed the problem, and since several parts needed to be ordered, he arranged for me to drive a new Nautilus while my vehicle was being repaired.
