I would not recommend Sam Galloway Lincoln. When we purchased our vehicle, the dealership knew we did not live in Fort Myers. Despite that, they sold us a paint protection package that is not honored by our local Lincoln dealership. As a result, I am expected to drive over an hour each way every six months just to receive the service. They also sold us a service contract that our local Lincoln dealership says they cannot use. I am so incredibly disappointed with my experience purchasing a Lincoln Nautilus here. Initially, I thought I was in great hands working with Todd Pickens. He was knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the features, which made me feel comfortable at first. Time and time again this dealership disappoints. I recently brought my 2025 Lincoln Navigator in to be serviced and I needed the interior cleaned. Not only did they NOT clean it, but the service technicians left their greasy, black boot prints all over the light gray weathertech floor liners.
