Love this service department. I own an auto repair shop and I am an ASE master certified tech so you can imagine how hard I am to please knowing the business. Sam Galloway Lincoln has ALWAYS exceeded my expectations. Always thorough, clean and transparent. Brought in our Lincoln MKX for some service items. Our current vehicle is the second MKX we have purchased from them and have always had them serviced at Galloway. Service is always efficient and professional. Kit is our service advisor and he is on the ball and always takes care of us. Very happy with everything at Galloway.
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this experience deserved one. I purchased a new Navigator from Galloway Lincoln, and from start to finish, the process with Ethan (sales), Anthony (sales director), and Jeff (finance) was outstanding. What impressed me most was the transparency and professionalism. I gave Sam Galloway zero stars. They are the worst Lincoln dealership I’ve ever been at they make promises they sell you cars that are lemons. They’ve had my car more than I’ve had my car. I got my car the day after Christmas in four months. I’ve only put 2500 miles on it because they’ve had my car.
