You never want to have an issue with your car but if you do, the staff at this location are awesome! In particular, we were helped by Morgan through a stressful situation on a Sunday, when service was closed. She made us feel welcomed and helped us relax while working through our issue. The staff helped us with what to do and were all welcoming and courteous. Although I'm not from the area, I would would consider bringing my business here!
My husband and I were told there were no sale representatives available to test drive the Nautilus. We ended making a purchase later that week at Germain in Naples and were greeted with great customer service experience.
