Very timely and really resourceful. Sam helped my wife and I go through the VA home loan process where he did a massive amount of the work for us. Making the process very easy and extremely low stress and was very tentative in keeping an eye on the market allowing us to get a home at an amazingly low rate compared to the average market rates.
