This review is a few years late in being created and posted. Although my move to San Marco from Jacksonville Beach took a bit of adjusting on my part, I felt this overdue was important. Had a rental 2 years ago with them never got my deposit back Jessica very unprofessional she promised my deposit back and never answered any text or call I kept my apartment highly cleaned and well maintained
I have been renting with Sam Folds for about 6 months and they have been fantastic to work with. The portal is very easy to use and they are extremely quick to jump on maintenance requests. I worked with their property manage, Jessica, and she has been quick to response to texts and calls, helps facilitate anything I need maintenance wise and has made renting my unit easy and painless! Will definitely continue renting from them and would recommend to anyone!
Jessica Peacock is great but this rental unit has been quite the headache.
