You (and your sanity) deserve better than what this office can provide. The stress of dealing with their office staff makes the rest of the clinical experience irrelevant. They have the least competent front desk that I've encountered. The receptionist doesn't answer the phones regularly, nor call you back from voicemails that they ask you to leave, and is usually some flavor of, 'irritated you're asking something'. 11/22/2022 at 12:50 Called to ask about my balance. Lady asked my name, I spelled it to her a couple of times. She put me on hold and came back asking me to spell my name again, which I did patiently because I understand my name is not that popular and some people have a hard time understanding my accent. She said “ok, one second”, then 5 seconds later I heard her hang up. I called back 2x and it rings but no one picks up. I don’t even know what to say but this lack of professionalism lost my business

This place was absolutely horrible. A nightmare. I actually judge myself for giving them multiple opportunities to screw me over.

I would go elsewhere. I used to go to them awhile ago and I called to be reset up for new patient and they cancelled my appt because they failed to update my number and couldn’t get a hold of me. I called to verify and learned it was cancelled. I work mon they Friday 9 to 5 like they do and had to take time off to get an appointment. Ridiculous.
