Overpriced & Poor Communication- I was charged $1,900 to have 15 acres fertilized and sprayed for weeds. The weed spray was ineffective and the fertilizer was not spread properly and burnt the grass. Also only 13 of the 15 acres I paid for were treated. I communicated the concerns about the treatment weeks afterwards and went back and forth with him for months. Sam said they would come back to fix the problem but never communicated when he was coming and claims to have sent a sprayer here but no one was home to open the gate... read more
Unreliable. Not a man of his word. Ordered a trailer load of hay rolls for delivery, weeks ago, at his asking price but he never followed through. Won’t answer calls or respond to any messages. Was hoping for 50 rolls now and 150 next hay season. Very disappointed in him. His mother must be so proud.
Hired sam to do some clearing , did the best job ever and at a fair price . I would recommend him to anyone who wants a good job done.
