I highly recommend this shop for hybrid car work. We’ve recently had to replace the hybrid battery on our 2015 Hyundai Sonata, and then had some major engine work completed by this shop. This shop is very professional and I really appreciate that the technician sent photos and status updates as they worked on the car. They even recharged the AC system for us! Their pricing seemed very fair compared to other estimates we received on the same work. We will gladly go to them again for any issues with our hybrid car.
First time customer, here, I called up Sam's Auto and got in the same morning. This place was soooo much better than going to a Toyota dealership for service. I got an oil change, engine and cabin filter replacements, and transmission fluid change. The total was $200 for parts, $260 for labor, which seems reasonable though higher than what I anticipated. That said, everybody I met was nice, and Angel took the time to explain his suggestions. The pastries are a nice touch, too. Most of all, the car is running well.
