Dr. Springer provided thorough information, answered all my questions, and was patient and personable. His office staff was friendly and helpful. The excellent care is much appreciated!
Everyone was very thorough and super nice. I was well taken care of. The doctor was very sweet and answered all my questions. Very pleasant experience.
The Dr was very professional and explained the procedure and all that would be done in a way that I felt that like I was in good hands.
This doctor made fun of me for saying I was in severe pain by mocking me and made a comment that this likely wouldn’t find the source of my pain and it is probably my fault. He made me feel worse than I did when I came in that day and I’m still confused and shocked as to why a healthcare professional would behave in such a manner to a patient. I hope he treats other patients with respect and compassion, but he did not do that with me at all. My mother witnessed all of this and was also extremely offended.

The nurse, Corrine at checkin was very professional, answered questions before I asked them . Very thorough. Thank you! Anesthesiologist was just as professional, sorry i forgot her name. Adrian assistant to Dr. MacKenzie was also very kind. I saw Dr MacKenzie 9 years ago for my last colonoscopy and hope to see him again in 10 years for a follow up! Very pleased with the entire team and my outcome! Thank you all!
This team works really hard to provide the best experience. Detailed instructions on what to do and expect before, smiling staff ready and waiting upon arrival, nurses and doctors review what’s going to happen during and things proceed as expected. Can’t think of a thing I would recommend changing.
Everyone was very professional, kind and efficient. One feels that you are in excellent care. Dr. Evans, as usual, was kind, efficient and professional, answering any questions that I had - sometimes even before I asked. Very professional. I have recommended Dr. Evans and this facility to my friends and relatives on several occasions.
