If I could give a 0 star I would give him 0 star. We bought our property with him and it was our worst decision we have mad. First, he was representing both sides, 2 commission from both sides but he never ever represented us. We have a land all the way back of our backyard and 2 months ago we found out it is not ours ( he knew that but never told us because sellers were his family friend or smt like that ).
