Not one to leave bad reviews or any at all but I'll share my girlfriends story with anyone who is thinking about leasing a unit from Jeff nuccitelli owner of saulzeburg when she 1st moved in to her unit in building 2, 2nd floor she noticed bug droppings we didn't think much of it at the time and shortly after she began to develop a skin rash again didn't think too deep into it. Slum pit. My apartment was original from the 70's when they were built. Very little cupboard space, very little counter space. No disposal or dishwasher. Repairs are almost non existent. And they want top dollar for the pos units. I would advise anyone against living there.
Landlord is always nice to us and friendly neighbors!
I lived here for almost 2 years. Have had nothing but loud neighbors, mold on my windows and door to my balcony neighbors have said the same thing. The kitchen cupboards in my apartment have been put together on the inside with cardboard and are constantly falling apart. My bathroom smells like urine even with me cleaning it every two days along with the linen closet outside the bathroom. The hot water for the shower doesn't last very long.
