I am beyond thankful! Salyers Heating and Air came out next day (Saturday) through my warranty company. We live in Redding, CA. We were @ 98 degrees. Jeff came out and diagnosed the situation on Saturday and ordered the parts. Avangilina (I hope I spelled that right) Touched base with me on Monday and let me know that the technician Angel Would be Picking up the part Tuesday. He was scheduled to come between 11 AM and 2 PM. I tell you what it blew my mind, Angel showed up early (9:30) to get this complete. No messing around.... read more

The guys were great. Very professional and knowledgeable. They worked steadily and were very polite . Best workers I have ever had to show up for repairs. The company always contacted me about arrivals.

Alex was awesome. He knew what to check and found out the issue right away. After he did the repairs he waiting to make sure I was happy with the AC. Very professional and kind.
