May 29, 2025, approx 250pm, the driver of the white **** ranger was on his phone looking down and driving, it was an older man with a dog in passenger seat, he drove erratically, first slow, and as I tried to pass him he drove fast enough to cut me off, while still on phone, my dash cam has him visibly looking down, yet in a hurry. If this is his true nature behind the wheel, can we construe his nature is negligence? Uncaring? Self-centered? Irresponsible? Maybe his workmanship could reflect these attributes?
