Missed my appointment, then an hour and a half later left me voicemails complaining that I didn't answer, yet provided no call-back #. So unprofessional an rude.
Im writing this on behalf of my girlfriend because frankly I am more upset with the incompetence of this office than she is. She is pregnant and only requested a referral for an ultrasound, not anything from her doctor other than a simple referral. My girlfriend was waiting by her phone for 40 minutes after her scheduled phone appointment time. Dr. Salwa Samy Farag is hands down the most thorough and patient doctor I have ever spoken with. This demeanor is the only reason why I was able to quickly get tests, results and a diagnosis for a potentially life threatening ailment all within a couple of hours.
I love Dr. Farag. She is the very FIRST doctor to actually listen to what I was saying and then actually took the time to explain why we should/should not do further tests. She is currently the only reason I am not switching my health coverage away from Kaiser.
Best doctor would highly recomend
