Salvus Rxellence is the best and only pharmacy we use. Lisa and her staff are competent, kind, and hard-working. The customer service is exceptional; the staff refer to customers by name, make time to touch base about more than medication, and go above and beyond to have prescriptions ready on time. Even when I have to stop in several times a week, I look forward to it because it's such a great experience.
Lisa & her Team work HARD to accommodate. Unlike every other Pharmacy, you aren’t asked to hold on and stand there and wait for over five minutes while they finish what they are doing. Lisa took training to administer me an injection the same day I needed it, because her injection specialist was off that week. AMAZING. I have been getting my medication from this pharmacy ever since it opened. I have nothing but good things to say about all of the staff. Lisa, the owner, has always treated me with kindness and respect.......as have all the rest of the staff. I have never seen anyone discriminated against, or treated with anything but respect. I would absolutely recommend this pharmacy to anyone who might be looking for a new pharmacy to deal with.
