This place is great. I've rented plenty of units and this is by far the best experience I've had. I was able to set up auto pay, easily move to a smaller unit when it suited my needs better, and the pricing is definitely more fair compared to the big name places. This will be the first place I check any time I need a unit in the future.

The math doesn’t add up. When I pay my bill, I write down when it’s due next and try to be back before then to pay again. Twice now, they contact me a month early saying I’m late, and never have a record of unit number associated with your name/ address. (They say we can pay online, but there’s no website info on the business cards.) The little written record system they keep just leaves a lot to be desired.
