This is probably the least responsive company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Over two years, and I'm still having to deal with them. Completely inept.
Had testing done in January 2018. Had a horrible time settling insurance/bill with this company but got it done. Haven’t heard from them again and thought they were out of my life. Fast forward to August 2020...Got a bill for over $2000. I'm amending this review for the bill from August 2020. I spoke to the company, and they explained that my charges were merely an outline of charges not covered by my insurance company, but no cost was expected of me.
