Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a pizza place. Placed an order at 6:55pm and was told it would arrive in 45 mins. An hour and 1/2 later no food, so I called back and was assured the driver was on their way and should arrive any minute. Another half hour later and STILL no food so I called back again, the employee asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and the manager on, Ryann, informed me that they did not have an order in the system for me. great people & great service!
I ordered 40 wings that came in 2 different sauces so they came in 2 separate containers. I go to carefully lift them out of the bag and both the containers collapsed into the bag and the wings all dropped into the bag. The containers are flimsy, thin and cardboard that became soggy from the heat. I called the manager, who was very nice about it. He sent 40 more wings. We get the wings and just for fun, counted them. What we paid for was 40 wings and got 28 wings. I’m never ordering from there again!
I just had the worst Italian sub that I can remember. At $10.75 for a 6” sub. It’s way too expense. If you’re looking for a sub, there are too many other options in Rochester.
ALWAYS a PROBLEM it NEVER fails It breaks my heart but NOT a good Salvatores AT ALL 😔
The food we ordered tonight was such a disappointment. The prices have been going up while the quality of the food has been going down. 😕
