Would not honor my rewards for 50 points for a slice because they increased a slice to 100 points for a slice!! I keep coming here for my son but i really hate this place is unprofessional. Order a slice come in they make you choose a different slice then whats on my order. Told me we not making more slices especially for 1 order of a slice. 2ndly embarrassed me about thw price in from of ppl this location will not see another penny from me. The only reason I’m leaving this review is because this was for a birthday party and I spent almost $200 otherwise I probably wouldn’t have been so bothered by it, so the first issue was that the pizza slid in transit and was stuck to the box, secondly when asked did I want to tip the driver over the phone I said yes add $10, I was then charged for a $14.51 tip that I didn’t agree to on top of taxes and other fees, I asked for Buffalo chicken pizza and that’s not what it looked or tasted like and there wasn’t much cheese on ... read more
Placed a order at this location from the website for a slice of pizza with my order instead of making a fresh order of the pizza i ordered on the website to go along with my order they advised that this location doesn’t make that type of pizza on certain days we are not like all salvatores to choose from the 2 options (1 was old)!! Dinner was delicious.
Ordered a sheet pizza that was well done, but the imitation mozzarella was not even melted. What happened to the real mozzarella? They’re using Imitationcheese terrible.
