Salvatore's is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. I love the freshly-made pasta and hot bread, and the eggplant parmesan is the best I have ever eaten. Although I like trying different dishes, once I had this I quit ordering anything else.
Very real, very fresh. This is what Italian should be!

George and I discovered Salvatore's a year ago while visiting our daughter Malinda and her family, who had just moved to the area. We loved it. The waitress was just training and a little nervous. But the owner was keeping an eye on things and helping her out. We loved the atmosphere, all the family photos. The friendly caring attitude ouf the owner and staff. We especially loved three food. My favorite restaurant! Incredible food! I have never gotten a dish I didn't love! Because it's always packed, it can get a little noisy, but I love it when you guys play the big band/crooners music, it makes for a really nice atmosphere!
