"I am giving this place one star. There is trash everywhere, and management does absolutely nothing to care for the residents. The corridors are never cleaned, trash is left out, and there is dog poop everywhere. It is very dirty, and the management is terrible."
The new managers seem nice so far, but to give out a 3 day notice on the 6th when rent is late after the 5th is a bit dramatic but whatever, the thing that really turns me off about these apartments is that since day 1 of living here, we were promised assigned parking. I pay too much for rent to not have anywhere to park when I get off work, parking across the street is unacceptable because my car was attempted to get broken into and now I need to replace my window, plus I am a paying tenant, I should have a parking spot and... read more
