they should drug test all clients that Lodge in the facility. especially those who request an extension that have work verification and abide by policy. these Case managers are suppose to help keep individuals off the streets especially those who are ambiding by policy and regulations. not throw them back out because your own personal views or opinions. there are women and men still lodging there with no employment that's been there over six months now. it's biased, and at least give individuals time to find other shelter du... read more

You can't improve it. It has extremely disappointed me in my time of need on 6occasions. No more! They give out misleading information which is always contradicted by someone else in their organization. Beds are never available. It is a joke. I will never donate another dime or item to them again!.

When we decided to donate our couch, I was told by the rep I booked a pickup appt with that I would receive an hour notice on the scheduled day. I never got a notice and instead had someone knocking hard while I'm in the shower. Then he tells me they can't take the couch because they can't resell it. So much for charity. Your company is all about profit. I'm disgusted with the way this was handled.
