Nice enough people, but the donation center actually closes at 4pm, not 5pm. It would be helpful for them to list that information on google.

Prefer donations here rather than going anywhere else. For instance, Goodwill charges people too much. However, I had to reduce a star because they may no longer have as much help as in the past years. I came twice recently at 2 p.m. and they are not taking donations. I was told to try in the morning. That should be well known before people drive here to donate especially with rising gas prices and if you’re a working individual and your schedule is not very flexible.

I understand the founding of the Salvation Army, however, as a customer I feel it is inappropriate to preach to your customers while asking questions or checking out. This made my mother and myself very uncomfortable but the person was very slow in checking out our items so he could preach to us. Very strange. Will not be back to this location. 🙄
