The staff are 50/50 rude and some friendly. I've been unfortunate and have had to use them twice this year and both times it's two workers one nice one mean, one shows compassion the other makes you feel worse then you already do begging for help. Nobody likes to have to beg for expired rotten food that you have to pick through to feed your family and making you feel worse for needing help doesn't help when I wanna go home and cry and feel worthless after going for help
