If you're wanting to purchase a vehicle using this company... Beware! I purchased a vehicle using this company through IAA. They did not send me the correct paperwork, after calling them they said I was supposed to download it from their website. After downloading what they told me to download and driving over an hour into my inspection and an hour back it was the wrong paperwork.
