Called this morning to ask about scrapping a vehicle due to being told my car has an engine failure. The man on the phone acted as if I wasn’t who I said I was or like I was sketchy. Not friendly at all or helpful. Gave me a whole check list of everything I needed to do to the vehicle before they’d take my $150/ton or whatever it was. Turns out most places actually pay YOU to scrap your vehicle.
What a clutter fest, couldn’t find what I was looking for. Father called his son 3 times, son answered rudely, hung the phone up 3 times, I had enough of the unprofessionalism and walked out. Won’t be back. Clean your shop and update to the times.
