About this business

Established in 2013, Salvage BBQ is renowned for its barbecue dishes which are smoked in a special oven fueled by wood from the red oak trees of Maine. You can sit at the bar and order and order some local microbrews and bourbons along with hearty barbecue specialties or settle in the dining area with your families and let the kids entertain themselves with the arcade games available here. Come in on a Saturday evening for foot-tapping live music performances.

We got the meat coma and it lived up to its name!! Great place, cool building! The food is delicious and they have a great craft beer selection and delicious cocktails.

But.....a couple of kids absolutely ruined our lunch experience by pounding on the piano and organ! Seemed like a parent said no, but that didn't matter-along with the sign stating not to play it. They didn't stop, so our lunch was cut short. Just unbelieveable!!!

I highly recommend...loved it!!! I got carry out yesterday, and I wish I got more it was sooo good! Brisket was very good, almost melted in your mouth...pulled pork cooked to perfection...and the ribs very meaty and cooked to perfection!

I can honestly say this is the best BBQ I’ve had. Beef brisket, pulled pork and ribs are perfect! A lot of BBQ places overcook their ribs to “fall off the bone” which is wrong. They do the ribs perfect so you have texture and need to eat them off them bone. Order the meat coma and bissell substance and you’ll be very happy!

My first time there, the experience overall was great. Our bartender Johnny was amazing! The ribs were so delicious and the atmosphere was very welcoming!

Spent $100 but fed six. The chili was made from the brisket. Very spicy but couldn't stop eating it. Service was quick. Did not like the sausage
