Love the Dr. He’s been great with helping my daughter. However, his office staff are completely incompetent. Wrong copay charged (3x my amount), appointment scheduling errors, and they are so rude whether in person or on the phone. I would give Dr Cevallos himself 5 stars but his office staff make it a miserable experience. Update: 1/26 Dr Cevallos was great in the beginning, but his office staff have been the worst to deal with. My daughter was patient of his for 4 years. This doctor and his teams are thieves. I called for an appointment and waited four months for him to charge me $350 and send me to his NP twice at that. Then after voicing my concerns make another appointment with me take money and then tell me they are discharging me for some made up drug test? This place is as manipulative as it gets and did nothing but take money and advantage of someone who needed help. Disgusting.
I had a scheduled appointment today @1pm today December 1, 2025. It’s unfortunate that I had to cancel, but unfortunately I had to go out of town on emergency and watch my father take his last breath and has taken a toll on me is extremely mentally draining. For how expensive it is to get an appointment could be a little more accommodating.
I had scheduled an appointment for my minor child and waited months for the appointment, I called today to have new patient paperwork emailed to me and I was advised the appointment was canceled..supposedly they tried to reach out to me to confirm appointment (never was I called) and they canceled it. I will write a negative Google review every day to let everyone know how ridiculous this office is and how unfortunate it is for them to cancel such an important appointment that we waited MONTHS for. Poor way of doing business
