Our family has been very well supported by Dr Carter, she is friendly, knowledgeable, realistic, and relates well to teenagers. I have found the service professional and responsive.
I’ve been seeing this psychiatrist for ongoing care, but I’m very disappointed that the office did not inform me that my referral had expired. Because of this, I was unable to claim my Medicare rebate and had to pay the full amount out of pocket. It’s frustrating that something so simple wasn’t communicated, especially since most medical practices remind patients when a referral is due to run out. I hope the clinic improves their administrative processes so other patients don’t end up in the same situation.
