First place that has helped me in a long time. As soon as you walk in the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is very relaxed and calm with nice comfy chairs feels very high end. Dr Chris Cocks is very good at his job he listens to what i have to say and we talk about how to improve and the steps to take. I'm a different person from when i started coming here and for the better. I still have a long way to go but i know I'm getting the right help.
Slow service and lack of accountability on scripts being delayed.
Very happy with my experience with Oqea, would definitely recommend.
Oqea doesn't Care do not bother. After receiving a referral from my GP and therapist in November 24 because of their concerns, I sent it to Oqea Cares and they told me that they would be in touch.... They were not. I spent time in hospital after attempted suicide in January 25. Go somewhere else.
An excellent practice, relaxing environment, very polite and helpful staff, I'm very lucky to have Dr. Chapman always looking out for me, one of two Doctors that I trust and trust is vital. I can't thank him enough. This is long overdue, If you're reading this Doc a big thank you to you and your amazing staff for taking care of me throughout the years.
