I had a telehealth appointment, was waiting and was kicked off, they said they would send another link, then didn't, said they would call me back, after a WEEK I had to call them. Unprofessional, unorganised and completely wastes your time. When I made another appointment today THEY DID IT AGAIN. This is the single most unprofessional healthcare provider I have ever encoutered.
UPDATE: updating my review, I have attempted to book an appointment with my psychiatrist for over a week now, however no one ever picks up the phone, the booking system is down and emails have not been responded to. I was recently discharged from hospital after a new onset of tonic clonic seizures and a number of medications have been paused pending a review with my psychiatrist.
