called to make an appt and when I got there They made me wait without communicating the wait time, 30 mins passed and they still didnt say anything and took another customer that came after me. Stay away from this place. Lack of communication and customer service skills.
I love this place! It’s so cute and CLEAN unlike other nail salons I’ve been to that make me feel like I’m gonna get an infection with how dirty and unsterilized their stuff is. This place is actually super clean and they do such a good job. I’ve always been satisfied with my nails everytime I’ve went and everyone is very nice. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, if you actually stop to read them the negative reviews are hilariously ridiculous and also from yearss ago.. Loves Rosa. She does the best pedicure. Kim is great for gel nail manicure. It is pricey.
I've been here twice despite the not so great reviews. The staff is nice and pretty accommodating especially since I came as a walk-in both times. Love that service is fast so you're in and out. I got a regular pedicure and a gel french manicure. I'm satisfied with everything. I think my nails turned out great. Will be a regular client for as long as the economy will let me lol.
