I bought uniform tops and pants from this company. When we received the items, the tops fit but the pants were too small. I immediately returned them. The company called me to tell me they would not be able to exchange the pants as we had washed them with softner before returning them. I tried to tell her that I had no reason to wash the pants after one try on but she called me a liar.
