Cool like the Fonz! – During the last MS150, I had signed up to get a quick 30 minute introduction to heaven (some just call her Ashley). It had been a long first day and little did I know that this would be the introduction that would help me overcome various sports injuries, and to put be back on the road to reaching my goals. Excellent massage – In my experience, you don't realize just how much you need a massage until you actually get one. You know that some of your muscles are tense and that it's going to be a relaxing experience, but it always turns out that there are more tensions that you're not even aware of. Only after the therapist begins working do you realize that other areas need serious work, too.
