Always love coming here, so many of the massage therapists are truly excellent. Recently I saw Kate and she is so knowledgeable about muscle pain and sports massage. I powerlift so I carry a lot of tension and these massages are critical to my recovery and overall mobility. Highly recommend Kate!!
I recently got a sports massage from Kate, and it was outstanding from start to finish. She understood the areas where I am having issues and tailored the session to my needs. She found and worked through knots and tight spots in my upper back and shoulders with very good pressure. I walked out with noticeably increased range of motion and overall felt far more relaxed.
