Well the first time I complained about the silver springs shores VIP I got my X-rays on both knees a couple of days later on August 25th but I've called a few times for the results and Orthopedic referral and a lady said my primary doctor will call me back that day well it's been a week and nothing so I called today and another lady said she tried calling the office 3 times and no luck, I need a Orthopedic ASAP so I don't understand why VIP isn't more organized but I need this before my knees snaps in half please help me get... read more
Whoever is in charge of sending pre-approval for X-rays and other documents to my insurance company been waiting for an X-ray in order to get a Orthopedic surgeon for 6 months and my knees are bone on bone and started to shift and give out and I ask DR Tirado every time I see him about an orthopedic surgeon appointment and he says every time you need an X-ray well let's start firing people before I go into VIP with my lawyer and they can explain it to the lawyer because I also have blocked arteries in my body causing fluid b... read more
